The Restaurant offers dishes of typical local and regional cuisine with the use of zero-mile products, as Sa Burrida sa Crabarissa, a dish of the poor tradition of fishermen of Cabras which involves the use of the breed seasoned with fresh tomato and lemon. Our strong point are the fresh products, like the fishes, but also the local products, which come directly from the territory of Sinis. For this reason every day we offer a brand-new and updated menu with a selection of classic dishes and not, to make all our guests very happy.
