The Trattoria offers dishes inspired by typical Cabras cuisine and regional cuisine using zero-kilometer products, such as Sa Burrida a sa Crabarissa, a traditional poor fishermen's dish from Cabras that uses skate seasoned with fresh tomato and lemon. Our strength lies in fresh products, such as the catch of the day, but also local products, which come directly from the Sinis area. For this reason, every day we offer a menu that is always new and updated with a selection of classic and non-classic dishes, to make all our customers happy.

Il Vento Maestro has 80 seats outdoors outside and 30 seats inside.

After 2020 we discovered a new lifestyle including an alternative way of eating. We have designed a takeaway package suitable for all needs so you don't have to give up good food and company. So what are you waiting for? Mixed fried seafood, spaghetti with clams and bottarga, octopus salad to satisfy the most demanding palates.

The trattoria is open from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

We do not have indoor spaces and in case of bad weather we reserve the right to close to the public without notice for safety reasons. We do not accept reservations via email or social pages.
